We offer a friendly bespoke onsite service ensuring that our Fire Risk Assessments are tailored to your individual business premises and surroundings. Not only do we carry out your fire risk assessment we provide guidance in accordance with British Standards and Building Regulations.

• Site visit to inspect your premises
• Comprehensive audit of your current fire safety management systems
• Full detailed report will be provided
• Detailed action plan with any remedial works and suggested timescales.

We follow the PAS 79:2012 Methodology providing you detailed reports in plain English. The Risk Assessment is designed to assess and identify your areas of responsibility for:

• Who is at risk
• Appropriate signs / notices
• Appropriate fire training and drills
• Potential ignition sources
• Appropriate signs / notices
• Suitable means for detecting fire and raising the alarm if fire were to occur, and
• Adequate means of escape in the event of fire
• Any deficiencies in existing fire precautions / procedures
• Correct type(s) / quantities and suitably maintained fire safety equipment
• Process and / or building hazards

Included within the final document would be:

• Documented fire risk assessment
• List of significant findings
• Recommendations on all remedial action(s), where required
• Fire risk assessment performance indicator
• Fire action plan for corrective action (Risk reduction / Legislative compliance)
